i only just finished work an hour ago, i’m exhausted but wired and my feet and legs just wont give me a break.. mine and cameron’s shifts tomorrow got cancelled though, thank da lord coz we were making nachos til 2am (so not the one) and i’m just gonna sleep all day. however i got a hypothetical gold star for cleaning the hot dog grill to a gr8 9 10 standard and because i shouted yay teamwork. oh and i also had a chat with a lovely man about tom cruise and how wonderful he is, so swings and roundabouts~

today went from a potentially shit day where i was working 3-11 on floor (yuck) to a better day where i was called at lunch time and told to come in at 6 for my disciplinary (which went fine i am still employed) and THEN GOT EVEN BETTER when i was told that as soon as ciaran got in at 7 i could go HOME because they didn’t need three of us on floor 

so i basically worked like a whole half an hour today it was perfect

and i have tomorrow off and i’m going for spoon’s breakfast because EMILY IS HOME 

i also have a cold but i got paid so troughs and peaks, swings and roundabouts, every cloud etc etc etc

so in the last week, not only have i been asked to be maid of honor to my childhood best friend when she ties the knot (such a strange way to describe marriage someone pls explain)

but all those dreams where i bumped into a certain old friend and he tells me “what’s in the past is in the past” and that he still loves me and has missed me? well last night on my break at work - that actually happened and i’m still pinching myself to make sure it wasn’t just another dream

aaahhhhh life 

so i’m off to see leaf for a few hours before a close shift. TWO DAYS OFF THOUGH, AND OVER MY BIRTHDAY AW THAT’S NICE

well this evening was a lot nicer, we watched catwoman (what a crock of shit) jurassic park, and it was just good to see bean smiling.

i would rather have had to get up at 7am to go on to work a full day at legoland - hotel shift included, than get into town for 11am and hang around at the job centre

(i am also totally not listening to that band whose name we musn’t mention, but one of them has stupid floppy hair and just fuck off ok their music is catchy and is making me feel better this morning)

today is my first day of unemployment so excuse me if i don’t answer my phone and stay in bed til late noon.
