i feel like a horrible ball of anxiety right now, i just had to call in sick to an answerphone because of my knee (i was in so much pain on shift last night) and i just.. it’s a valid excuse and i’m entitled to call in if i can’t work but i still feel so anxious like they’re gonna be like ‘er that is not a good enough excuse’ also who calls in sick to an answerphone? oh that’s me because if we don’t call in 2 hours before 10am we get put down as ‘failure to show’ which i’ll probably get anyway for leaving a message at 8:15~ i just want to cry

anyone else follow people that really fuck you off, but you can’t bring yourself to unfollow them purely because you feed off of the rage they create? no just me then oh ok
